Why is this accreditation important to us?

In a context where specialized medications – particularly oncology and rare disease medicines – are often complex, our practice dedicated to oncology and rare disease care is constantly evolving. We opted for such rigorous accreditation process for various reasons:

• To further improve our services according to internationally recognized standards, such as those established by the ASCO (American Society of Clinical Oncology Patient-centered standards medically integrated dispensing) and NCODA
• To provide patients with a personalized, human, and safe support
• To improve our processes and our working organisation in order to collaborate more effectively with healthcare professionals and seek flowing continuous care.

The NCODA accreditation reflects many quality criteria involved in numerous aspects of our practice: healthcare management, safety, logistics, team training, patient support, interprofessional coordination, etc.

This accreditation reflects our commitment to maintain and elevate our quality services to patients, their caregivers, and healthcare providers.

It reaffirms our willingness to pursue our efforts in providing structured, collaborative, and human support during each step of the healthcare pathway.

Our vision

This international recognition is not an outcome, but a milestone in our commitment to a collaborative and patient-centered healthcare system.

We will continuously improve our practices and promote this model across Quebec, while remaining faithful to our core values: collaboration, expertise, and quality service.
